MJF Finishing Options for Nylon Parts

Choose finishing based on appearance, sealing, wear, and assembly requirements.

MJF bead blasted nylon part with uniform matte surface finish

Standard Bead Blasting

Removes loose powder and evens the surface to a uniform matte finish. Recommended for functional parts where appearance consistency and clean handling are required.

mjf vapor smoothing nylon part

Vapor Smoothing

Reduces surface roughness and improves cleanability and moisture resistance. Recommended for parts that require a smoother touch, better sealing surfaces, or improved cosmetic appearance.

mjf tumbling and painting housings

Tumbling & Painting

Tumbling smooths contact points and softens the surface feel. Painting adds color and improves UV stability for visible housings and end-use assemblies.

mjf custom finishes dyeing inserts machining

Custom Finishes

Custom options available on request: dyeing, priming, threaded inserts, sealing, and secondary machining. Share your color target, cosmetic requirements, and any CTQ features during quoting.
