Punching

Cost-effective for repetitive holes, slots, and simple profiles.

Ideal for brackets and panels where speed and unit cost matter.

bending and forming

Bending & Forming

Controlled bending to achieve consistent angles and stable assemblies. We review bend radius, hole-to-bend distance, and relief features during DFM to prevent fit issues.

ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system.

Incoming, in-process, and final inspection support stable output.

Inspection reports and material certificates are available upon request.

sheet metal finishing

Finishing Options

Powder coating, anodizing (Al), electroplating, and bead blasting are available.

Finish recommendations based on corrosion resistance, appearance, and function.

Consistent surface quality for parts that are seen and handled.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Prototype-Friendly Volumes

Order prototypes or small batches without large-volume commitments.

Ideal for design iterations, pilot builds, and early market launches.

Scale quantities as the design stabilizes.

Ready-to-Assemble Hardware & Sub-Assembly

PEM nuts/studs, tapping, riveting, and sub-assembly support for ready-to-install parts.

Fewer suppliers to manage and less assembly work on your side.

Best for enclosures and multi-part builds.

sheet metal repeatability inspection fixture gauge

Repeatable Fit & Consistency

Stable bending and joining to keep dimensions consistent across batches.

We focus on critical fit features so that parts assemble reliably the first time.

Process checks help prevent variation from springback and distortion.

Sheet Metal Fabrication: Prototype to Low-Volume Production

FAQ's

Typical range: 0.5–6.0 mm, depending on material and process.

Thicker parts may be possible for cutting-only profiles. For formed parts, the workable thickness depends on bend radius, flange length, and tooling—send your design for DFM confirmation.

Yes. We provide PEM hardware insertion (nuts, studs, standoffs/inserts) and sub-assembly support such as tapping, riveting, and simple mechanical assembly for ready-to-install parts.

To quote accurately, please specify the hardware type/size (or share a BOM), required locations, and any assembly requirements—we’ll confirm during DFM.

For an accurate quote, please provide:

  • 3D CAD: STEP or IGES

  • Flat pattern: DXF or DWG (especially for laser cutting/punching)

  • 2D drawing: PDF with critical dimensions, tolerances, and notes (if available)

  • Project details: material, finish, quantity, and target lead time

If you only have 2D files (DXF/DWG + PDF), we can still quote—just include the material and thickness.

We offer common sheet metal finishes including powder coating, anodizing (aluminum), electroplating, and bead blasting (plus other options on request).

How to choose (quick rules):

  • Outdoor corrosion resistance: powder coating or plating

  • Aluminum cosmetic + wear resistance: anodizing

  • Matte texture / reduced glare: bead blasting

  • Electrical conductivity required: electroplating

If you share the part material, environment (indoor/outdoor), and appearance target, we’ll recommend the best finish during DFM.

Yes. We support prototypes and small-batch builds for enclosures, brackets, panels, and assemblies.

You can start with a few parts for fit and assembly validation, then scale to pilot runs and low-volume production as the design stabilizes. Lead time depends on complexity and finishing—send your CAD files for DFM and an accurate schedule.

Yes. Inspection reports (dimensional/FAI on request) and material certificates can be provided when required.

To ensure the right documentation, please specify your critical dimensions and reporting format needs (e.g., full dimensional report vs. key characteristics) and whether you need material certs for each batch—we’ll confirm during quoting.
