We machine aerospace parts with deep pockets, thin walls, and multi-face datums using a planned fixturing and operation strategy—not trial-and-error. Our team defines the setup sequence to reduce re-clamping and datum drift, and selects toolpaths to control deflection, chatter, and thermal effects on hard-to-machine features. For CTQs, we add in-process checkpoints as needed, so critical dimensions are verified during machining—not discovered out of tolerance at final inspection.

Typical tolerances are defined per drawing requirements. For fit-critical or CTQ features, tighter tolerances can be supported after reviewing geometry, material, machining strategy, and inspection method. Tolerance targets are confirmed during quoting.

 

Yes. GD&T and CTQ features are reviewed during quoting and DFM. Datums and functional relationships are confirmed first, then setups are planned to protect them—single setup when possible, or controlled re-clamping with datum transfer. CTQ features are identified in advance and verified by CMM or dimensional inspection as specified on the drawing.
