The gate system consists of four parts: the sprue, runner, gate, and cold-slug.

15.How to design the push structure of the pallet molds?

According to the shape of the pallet, the pushing mechanism uses a push plate and a push rod to push out the pallet from the core plate under the action of spring force, through the mold release bolt to limit the parting distance of the template, and also acts as a return rod.
