With hundreds of manufacturers in our network, we have a very broad range of manufacturing capabilities and support both one-off prototyping and low-volume production. We pride ourselves on being the go-to manufacturer for geometrically complex parts or highly cosmetic parts.
We have both local and overseas sourcing teams working closely with manufacturers that have a proven track record of making high-quality parts. As our global network provides virtually limitless capacity, your parts go directly into production at the most competitive prices.
After production, all parts are closely inspected twice*. Once at our manufacturing partner’s facilities and a second time at the Hubs quality control facility in either Chicago or Amsterdam. Within 24 hours, parts are cleared from customs and shipped from our facility to their final destination.
Instead of traditional, rules-based quoting, we use machine learning algorithms to compare your CAD to millions of previously manufactured parts and generate a quote instantly.
We manufacture rapid prototypes and low-volume production orders for customers in multiple industries: aerospace, automotive, defense, electronics, hardware startups, industrial automation, machinery, manufacturing, medical devices, oil & gas and robotics.
Guaranteed quality, every time.
Our manufacturing partners adhere to industry standards* for threads and tolerances.
* ISO 2768 (m/f) for metal parts, 2768-m for plastic parts, ISO and ANSI/ASME for threads.
Our manufacturing partners follow our strict technical requirements for finishing and post-processing.
We provide quality documentation* such as First Article Inspection, Certificate of Conformance and Material Certificate/Test Report on request.
* For CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication.
Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified and our manufacturing partners can provide additional certifications: AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949.
Are your parts not up to spec? We’ll reorder them for you for free, or provide a full refund.
All parts are closely inspected twice*; by a manufacturing partner and a Hubs quality control expert in Chicago or Amsterdam.
* All 3D printed parts are produced locally and inspected only at the manufacturing partner.
Our platform accelerates prototyping development cycles by reducing pre-production admin from weeks to minutes:
Our platform is designed to be so intuitive that you can order your parts quickly and efficiently without any assistance. But if you ever need us, we’re here to help.
For production orders, we have full-service teams ready to guarantee identical specs on every order for the best unit price:
Manufacturing is about relationships, so we have staff on the ground wherever you are to help make sure everything runs smoothly and on time, every time.
