Kemal is located in Dongguan, China, established in 1995, specializes in plastic injection molds building for all the customers around the world.
Kemal Mould occupies about 6500 square meters, with more than 180 staff, including 30 experienced engineers, 80 skilled toolmakers. HASCO, DME & LKM standards are adopted for different customer requirements and CAD/CAM/CAE systems have already been used to strengthen our technical advantage.
During 20 years of development, Kemal Mould has set its mold standards and strict mold manufacturing process. Each mold is run as project management, followed up by particularly experienced engineers. 6S management system has been adopted for many years. Kemal mold is also ISO9001 certified.
By maintain good quality, best lead time, and good service, Kemal mold has established long-term business cooperation with customers from Germany, USA, UK, France, Israel, Australia, Canada, Russia, and other countries.
Kemal always puts quality in the first place. To meet customer’s requirements and expectations, we manage the quality of tooling and goods by the advanced measurement facilities, under the advanced and complete quality control system, with the scientific methods of quality control.
A quality control plan is made when the case of tooling or goods is launched, and it will always monitor every stage of the production course. Moreover, when the electrodes and unit parts are finished, the CPK test will be run and its data will be as the criteria for mold check and acceptance internally.
Throughout the production, material for the product is inspected by IQC the moment it is delivered to the factory. If the material doesn’t meet the requirements, it will be rejected immediately. The warehouse only accepts the qualified one.
During production, goods on the line are checked by IPQC regularly. Only the goods examined by QA to be qualified will be delivered to customers.
