Our mold-workshop covers an area of about 3500 square meters, equipped with up-to-date machines of high precision. There are about 280 technicians, who have five to ten years’ experience in mold making, and a majority of them can work according to drawings independently. In order to guarantee the quality of the molds, we specially pay attention to the choice of material. We use the special steel made by ASSAB Co. in Sweden and DAIDO Co. in Japan, and the heat treatment is processed by the Shenzhen subsidiary of ASSAB Co. Thus we can achieve long mold life, accurate dimension and surface hardness. The output of molds could reaches 60~70 sets per month.
